How can I pay you?

What does it mean the status "pending"?
The status "pending" means that you order is placed and will be in process in e few hours.

What does it mean the status "processing"?
The status "processing" means that your order is preparing to be delivered.

What does it mean the status "shipped"?
The status "shipped" means that your order has been sent out on the date you received this update. You should wait till its arrival date. The status is for our records too.

How do you ship?
We ship our products world-wide very discreet in different packages. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment & Handling charge). The shipping is from Europe and usually takes from 5 to 10 business days to receive the package, depending on U.S. West or East coast. Delays of 3-4 days are possible! The mail we use is registered priority with a tracking number on the discreet package and it does support online tracking! Your order will be delivered directly to your door! If no one at the shipping address the mailman will leave you a note to pick the package up from the post office. Your package cannot be lost! If for any reason it does not reach you it will be back to us!

What if my order is back to your company?
We will re-ship the package to you for free.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is too large to fit into one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discreetion level and re-packaging as used for small sized orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO?
We do ship to PO Box and APO address.

What is the cost of shipping?
We have only one method of shipping - Registered Priority Mail with a tracking number on the package. The shipping is free. It does support online tracking.

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 1 business day. Shipping time is normaly between 5 and 10 business days and for very remote countires up to 25 business days! PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are only Mondays to Fridays so before you order you should have that clear in your mind! Delivery time includes time necessary for international priority airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as NORMAL DELIVERY TIME and respect it! Please check your ORDER HISTORY online first and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If its over 15 business days, PLEASE CONTACT US and together we will find the reason and the solution!

How successfull is delivery?

Sometimes products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from Europe, to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successfull delivery.
